Gromphadorrhina sp.

Und das ist eine noch unbeschriebene (unbenannte) die für die Wissenschaft neue Art der Gattung Gromphadorrhina. Diese ist am nähesten mit der gemeiner G. portentosa verwandt, ist aber von diesem morphologisch etwas verschieden.

Polposipus herculeanus

Die im freien Natur durch Biotopenzerstörung und Ratten vollig vernichtete Schwarzkäferart Polposipus herculeanus aus Seychellen, die jetzt nur im Kultur in wenigen Europäischen Zoos gibt (e.g. Riga, London, Prag) und dem man jetzt auf einem rattenfreien Insel von Seychellen wiedeansiedelt. Die Art ist internationel geschutzt und handelt sich um die IUCN-Art. Eine extreme Seltenheit!
